Do you offer a 24/7 emergency callout?
Yes. Call 07477 017759 at any time, day or night, and we'll get to you as quickly as we can. If something is burning, smoking or sparking, switch off at the consumer unit if it's safe to and dial 999 if there's a fire, then call us.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Taunton, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon, and work across Somerset and Wiltshire. If you're nearby but not sure, give us a call.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. Every job is carried out by a fully qualified, insured electrician, and the work is tested and certified to BS 7671, the IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
How do I get a quote?
Call, email or fill in the quote form below to tell us what you need, or use the fault finder if something isn't working. We'll ask a few questions or arrange a visit, then give you a clear quote before any work starts. Every job is different, so we don't publish set prices.
Do landlords need an EICR?
In England, private landlords must have an electrical installation condition report (EICR) carried out at least every five years and give a copy to their tenants. Anything the report lists as dangerous or potentially dangerous has to be put right.
Is my old fuse box safe?
Old boards with rewireable fuses or no RCD protection can still work, but they don't give you the protection a modern consumer unit does. If your board is warm, buzzing or trips for no obvious reason, switch off if it's safe to and call us. We can inspect it and tell you honestly whether it needs upgrading.
